Senator Ewhrudjakpo is now stable in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at FMC. Officials haven't said what caused his health problem, but inside sources hint it could be heart-related.
Someone close to the deputy governor pointed out his busy routine saying, "He works too hard; he needs to take breaks."
Guards have blocked off the hospital, and high-ranking government officials have stopped by to show support. Our team tried to reach out to the deputy governor's spokesperson, Mr. Doubara Atasi, but couldn't get through. Still, hospital staff told our reporter that Ewhrudjakpo is getting top-notch care and remains stable.
